Join us for our 200 hour yoga teacher training in Rishikesh, India through HYR –  a registered Yoga School with Yoga Alliance (USA).

Himalayan Yoga Retreat (HYR) has a unique teacher training approach, as it offers students training in additional therapies as well as creating a specific healing therapy for each student’s health needs.  Swami Prakash believes in holistic growth of the practitioner and therefore includes therapies and training with ayurvedic knowledge, pressure points, breath techniques to aid meditation, along with nadis and meridians to remove emotional blockages.
